Partner organizations and businesses:

WIND/NDC Offers the Microentrepreneur training class. WIND/NDC is a key partner in several community projects and has worked on developments at the University/Dale intersection. They offer loans to small businesses who have worked through the training class. They also work with businesses throughout the St. Paul and Minneapolis urban areas, if you are looking to open a business in Northeast Minneapolis or West St. Paul they can help you find a local partner.

Aurora St. Anthony Neighborhood Development Center ASANDC works with community members in the Aurora St. Anthony area.

Selby Area Business Association works with the businesses along the avenue to increase visibility and coordinate events as well as helping businesses network with each other.

Housing Resource Center works with community members to help with home fix-up, loans, and home purchase.

Summit-University Planning Council works with neighbors in District 8.

City of Saint Paul is a partner with the Selby Area CDC in working with small business owners through the Minority Business Development and Retention Center.

Legacy Management and Development has partnered with the Selby Area CDC for the Selby Grotto Apartments and other projects.

Local Initatives Support Corporation works to help CDC's throughout the Twin Cities including the Selby Area CDC.

Rondo Community Land Trust helps low-income home owners buy homes through the land trust model.

YWCA is located on Selby at Western.
